Wallace Eugene "Wally" Wingert (6 de mayo de 1961 en Des Moines, Iowa) es un actor de voz estadounidense. Anteriormente residía en Sioux Falls hasta que se mudó a Los Ángeles para trabajar y donde reside a día de hoy.
Actualmente es uno de los colaboradores del The Tonight Show with Jay Leno y es conocido por prestar su voz al personaje de The Garfield Show: Jon Arbuckle y por interpretar a Riddler en los videojuegos Batman: Arkham Asylum y Batman: Arkham City.
